Job summary

StoneBridge Senior Living in Mount Vernon, IL is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate daily nursing care to assigned residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies. Hours are 7am-3pm on weekends. Join a family of caregivers dedicated to resident well-being, training, and growth.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least a 10th grade education; HS Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with shared decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide each of your assigned residents with compassionate routine daily nursing care and service.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled training and educational classes to obtain certification as a Nursing Assistant
  • Assist residents with daily dental, mouth, bath and other care functions as necessary.
  • Prepare residents for meals and serve food, record intake of food and fluids.
  • All other duties as assigned.

THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN MOUNT VERNON, IL

Hours will be 7am-3pm WEEKENDS

The Resident Assistant provides services to assigned residents in accordance with care plans, facility policies and procedures and at the direction of supervisor(s).
