Easter Seals Tennessee Inc is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to help people with disabilities learn, work and participate in their communities.

Based in person-supported homes, DSPs assist with daily tasks, meals, personal care, and medication administration, while supporting therapy plans with clinical staff. We offer health insurance, retirement options, PTO, and a $1 shift premium on weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must have valid automobile insurance.
• Pass a background and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
• Support individuals in community involvement or activities as part of their routine.
• Assist with therapeutic and behavioral plans in collaboration with clinical staff.

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSP) are the exemplary reflection of the wonderful mission-driven work we do here every day. At the end of your workday, you know you have made a difference in someone’s life. Based in our person supported home, DSPs provide caregiver assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. DSPs may also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals in the community. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
