Lifesteps, Inc. in Gibsonia, PA is hiring compassionate staff to support adults with disabilities in a residential setting. No experience is required and paid training is provided. Open roles include home health aides, nurse’s aides, support assistants and direct support professionals.

Duties include cooking meals, housekeeping, shopping, personal care, medication administration and coordinating community activities. Daytime shifts run 9 am–9 pm; benefits available for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances.
