Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and dependable with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow established care plans and agency policies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support clients in following care plans and routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, shopping as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Observe changes in wellbeing and report to the care team.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safety and respect.

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support.


• Support clients in following their care plans and maintaining healthy routines.


• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and other household tasks as needed.


• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with community engagement and social activities.


• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being.


• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.


• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.
