Almost Family - Creswell is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you will provide personalized, high-quality support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

The position offers hourly pay between $19 and $21, depending on experience and qualifications, with a comprehensive set of benefits and flexible scheduling to fit around clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient caregiver with a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to follow care plans and agency policies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities at clients' homes.
• Support clients in following care plans and healthy routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
• Observe changes in clients' well-being and report to the care team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe environment.

Work Location: Eugene and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, and mobility support.
• Support clients in following their care plans and maintaining healthy routines.
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and other household tasks as needed.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with community engagement and social activities.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or cognitive well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for each client.

Qualifications
