Supports is seeking a caregiver to assist a person with complex support needs in the individual’s home and community settings. You will provide hands-on personal care, help with medical tasks such as catheter care, and help maintain routines in a calm, respectful manner.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential for community outings, with weekend shifts available as needed to meet care demands and ensure daily stability.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or 1 year of relevant experience.
• Clearances: Ability to pass all required background checks and screenings.
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends or fill-in shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and medical needs, including catheter care and hygiene support.
• Support individual with mobility, community outings, and safety monitoring.
• Follow established procedures while maintaining dignity, privacy, and respect.
• Provide structured routines and calm communication to reduce anxiety and support daily stability.
