Job summary

Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO invites applications for a Part-Time SE Weekender Registered Nurse in the Clinical Decision Unit. The role features 12-hour day shifts on weekends (0700–1930) and a potential sign-on incentive, with ASN to BSN and BSN to MSN bridging options.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 1 year of acute nursing experience preferred.
• Education: Graduate from a school of nursing (ASN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS certification through AHA or within 30 days of hire.
• Physical demands: Push/pull/lift 50 pounds; prolonged standing/walking; reach/bend/kneel/twist/squat.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain professional accountability.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and ensures patient rights and confidentiality.
• Performs duties in alignment with Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
