Job summary

Haworth, Inc. in Holland, MI is seeking a Cabinet Builder for the weekend shift in the wood plant. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, 6:00 am to 6:30 pm, with no mandatory overtime.

You will build customized products per customer specs using hand and power tools, study blueprints, and verify material readiness in production systems. This role requires manufacturing experience and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Two years of prior manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs.
• 8th grade education or higher.
• Current right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to work in Holland, MI without relocation.

Responsibilities

• Accesses production systems to review daily schedule and verify material accuracy.
• Reads blueprints and specifications to build custom products.
• Inspects components and assembly work for proper fit and function; replaces unusable parts.
• Independently builds final product according to customer specs using hand and power tools and overhead crane.
• Performs final quality inspection before shipment.
• Packages product for shipment and operates wrapping machinery.
