Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to understand menus and specials and communicate with guests.
• Capable of taking accurate orders and processing them in POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Check station for cleanliness before, during and after shift.
• Greet guests and explain specials and promotions.
• Record and repeat guest orders to ensure accuracy.
• Input orders into POS and inform kitchen staff.
• Deliver orders to guests, lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Present checks promptly and assist with bussing tables.
• Maintain health standards and cleanliness at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
