Job summary

Spire Hospitality in Lake Oswego, OR seeks a part-time server to provide food and beverage service with warmth and professionalism. You will take orders, relay details to the kitchen and bar, and deliver items with accuracy and a smile, contributing to a very high level of guest satisfaction.

This role requires weekend availability, adherence to health standards, and the ability to carry heavy trays up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent guest relations and etiquette.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English to understand menus and communicate with guests.
• Ability to carry heavy trays up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain specials/promotions.
• Record the details of the order from guests, repeat for accuracy.
• Input the order into the POS to inform the kitchen of the order.
• Deliver orders to guests, comply with liquor regulations.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check guest satisfaction.
• Present the check promptly and assist with side-work as needed.
• Adhere to health standards and PPE requirements.
• Work varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
