DP Hotels Group in New York (Town of Florida area) seeks a part-time Breakfast Attendant for Saturdays and Sundays, 5:30am–12:30pm. You will prepare and serve breakfast items, run stations, maintain clean food prep areas, and deliver friendly guest service in both breakfast and lobby spaces.

Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred; knowledge of food safety and proper equipment use is essential. This role offers weekend hours with an employee discount as a benefit.

• Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments
• Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with food handling and portioning while adhering to food safety practices
• Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays
• Provide friendly in-person customer service to guests entering, dining and exiting the breakfast and lobby areas
• Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy items
• Ensure safe food and beverage safety standards.

Job Overview

Good Morning and thank you for your interest in part time weekend position as a morning Breakfast Attendant on Saturdays and Sunday mornings from 5:30am - 12:30pm every weekend. This is a great part time weekend job with morning hours. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of pre cooked breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently
• Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments to promote efficiency and appeal
• Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
• Assist with food handling and portioning while adhering to food safety management practices to prevent contamination
• Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and efficiently
• Provide friendly in-person customer service to all guests entering, dining and exiting the breakfast and lobby areas.
• Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy items like bulk supplies or large trays to ensure safety in the workplace
• Ensure safe food and beverage safety standards.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in breakfast or catering services
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations is essential for maintaining health standards
• Experience with operating kitchen equipment enhances efficiency in daily operations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person
• Familiarity with banquet or catering experience is a plus for supporting larger events or special occasions
• Basic cleanliness and organizational skills a must
