• Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment
• Assist with food handling and portioning while adhering to food safety practices
• Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays
• Provide friendly in-person customer service to guests entering, dining and exiting the breakfast and lobby areas
• Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy items
• Ensure safe food and beverage safety standards.

This is a great part time weekend job with morning hours. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of pre cooked breakfast items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met consistently
• Set up breakfast stations, including arranging food displays, utensils, and condiments to promote efficiency and appeal
• Maintain cleanliness of all food preparation areas, dining spaces, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety sanitizing procedures
• Assist with food handling and portioning while adhering to food safety management practices to prevent contamination
• Operate kitchen equipment such as toasters, coffee machines, and warming trays safely and efficiently
• Provide friendly in-person customer service to all guests entering, dining and exiting the breakfast and lobby areas.
• Follow manual handling protocols when lifting or moving heavy items like bulk supplies or large trays to ensure safety in the workplace
• Ensure safe food and beverage safety standards.

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in breakfast or catering services
• Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations is essential for maintaining health standards
• Experience with operating kitchen equipment enhances efficiency in daily operations
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests in person
• Familiarity with banquet or catering experience is a plus for supporting larger events or special occasions
• Basic cleanliness and organizational skills a must
