Job summary

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Breakdown Advisor to join our Stafford Support Centre. In a fast-paced, 24/7 environment, you’ll manage commercial breakdowns efficiently within SLA timeframes and act as a key ambassador of HCFS.

You’ll work with colleagues, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep customers on the road, meeting KPIs for service quality and efficiency. Training spans 2–3 weeks, with all hours on site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a professional and solutions-focused experience at every interaction.
• Respond to breakdown calls promptly and ensure all jobs are managed within SLA timeframes.
• Use initiative and sound decision-making to resolve issues quickly with minimal disruption.
• Engage confidently with drivers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support timely resolutions and relationships.
• Meet and exceed performance KPIs including accuracy, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Support Team Leader with priorities and contribute to productivity and service delivery improvements.
• Promote a positive culture and unified working practices across Commercial Fleet Services.
