Job summary

Halfords is seeking a motivated Breakdown Advisor to join our Stafford Support Centre in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment. You will manage commercial breakdowns, act as a trusted ambassador for HCFS, and help keep customers on the road with professional, timely service.

• Engage drivers, suppliers, and stakeholders to support timely resolutions.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for accuracy, efficiency and quality.
• Support Team Leader with priorities and workflow management.
