Job summary

Halfords is seeking a motivated Breakdown Advisor for our Stafford Support Centre. This on-site, part-time role operates on weekends with hours typically 08:00–18:00, supporting a 24/7 Commercial Fleet Services environment and ensuring SLA-compliant breakdown management.

You’ll work with drivers, suppliers and internal teams to deliver seamless service, maintain KPIs and enhance customer outcomes while developing sector knowledge and professional growth.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and meet KPIs.
• Analytical with the ability to interpret information and resolve issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
• Respond to breakdown calls promptly and manage jobs within SLA timeframes.
• Communicate confidently with drivers, suppliers and stakeholders to support timely resolutions.
• Meet and exceed performance KPIs for accuracy, efficiency and service quality.
• Support Team Leader with priorities and contribute to productivity improvements.
• Promote Halfords values and contribute to a positive working culture.
