Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking a Part-Time Weekend Behavior Health Tech in Creedmoor, NC to provide direct care within our residential programs for adults with brain injuries. The role supports behavioral training, documentation, and daily living activities.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Schedule is 7 AM to 3 PM on weekends, with comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance available.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis
• Assists residents in ADL’s (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports)
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
