Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Lilburn, GA is seeking PRN Behavior Health Techs to support residents in our residential programs. You will provide direct care to adults with brain injury and help implement behavioral protocols under supervision.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, being at least 18, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to engage in daily documentation and activities. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and responsible driving behavior required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility-wide behavioral training and documentation.
• Models appropriate behavior and provides daily reinforcement.
• Assists residents with ADLs and participates in activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Completes daily documentation (behavioral data, shift summaries, incident reports).
• Completes housekeeping chores (laundry, vacuuming, dusting etc.).
