Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Johns Creek, GA is seeking PRN Behavior Health Technicians to support residents in our brain injury rehabilitation program. You will provide direct care to adults with behavioral challenges and help with daily living activities.

Duties include implementing behavioral protocols, documenting data, transporting residents to appointments, and participating in activities. Must be at least 18, HS diploma, valid driver's license, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility-wide behavioral training and documents data.
• Models appropriate behavior and provides positive reinforcement daily.
• Assists residents with ADLs and participates in activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Completes daily documentation and incident reports.
• Performs housekeeping tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
