Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking 2nd shift, part-time weekend Behavior Health Technicians for our Creedmoor, NC residential programs. Responsibilities include providing direct care to individuals with brain injury-related behavioral challenges and supporting daily activities.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. Training and supervision are provided as part of a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and demonstrate responsible driving behavior.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation.
• Models appropriate behavior, provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback daily.
• Assists residents in ADLs (bathing, transfers, toileting, and physical assistance), participates in activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, and educational activities in the community.
• Completes all daily required documentation (behavioral data, token exchanges, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, incident reports).
• Performs housekeeping tasks (laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.).
