Job summary

Newly Weds Foods- Corporate is seeking a Box Stacker for the Packaging Team. The role involves hand stacking finished cartons onto pallets and ensuring GMP and Quality standards are met to keep product flowing smoothly through production.

Responsibilities include handling various carton sizes, coordinating with the forklift operator, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. The position requires English literacy, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to train on days before weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a routine basis.
• Must be able to train on specific days and follow work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Stack finished cartons from production conveyors onto pallets while following GMP and quality standards.
• Retrieve sealed cases and hand stack them on pallets according to work orders.
• Coordinate with forklift operators to move full pallets and wrap with the pallet jack.
• Maintain clean work area, inspect pallets, and discard damaged pallets per policy.
• Complete end-of-shift housekeeping and paperwork as required.
