Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking Merchandisers to stock beverages in retail accounts and ensure displays and end caps are filled for customers. You will monitor date codes, rotate products for freshness, and coordinate weekly with store personnel.

Responsibilities include replenishing shelves, building displays, managing backroom inventory with FIFO practices, and communicating shift outcomes via Teams. Requires 18+, valid license, vehicle, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year in grocery/retail/warehouse.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work; must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours; valid driver's license and insurance.
• Experience with pallet jacks or high loader lifts preferred; certification can be obtained on hire.
• Basic computer and technology skills; ability to operate a smartphone and/or laptop.
• Flexibility with work hours including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, racks, displays, and coolers; transport product between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove displays; maintain signage and clean product space.
• Manage backroom inventory; monitor levels; report to store account manager; use FIFO principles.
• Evaluate and process damaged product; re-pack and rotate stock; complete paperwork.
• Communicate with accounts and team; share recap photos via Teams after servicing accounts.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
