Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is looking for Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts and ensure displays remain full and up-to-date. You will rotate products for freshness and monitor date codes to guarantee quality for customers.

You will also build and adjust displays, manage backroom inventory, and coordinate with store personnel. Strong organization and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Minimum of one year in grocery, retail, warehouse, or related field.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance; clean driving record.
• Experience with pallet jacks and high loader lifts; certification preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Stock products on shelves, racks, and displays; transport between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays following company standards and signage; clean space and handle damaged items.
• Manage backroom organization; monitor inventory with account manager; apply FIFO for timely sales.
• Evaluate damaged product, re-pack, rotate front- and back-stock; complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with team and accounts; recap with Teams and share photos post-service.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
