Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola is seeking a Merchandiser to stock beverage products in retail accounts and ensure end caps and displays are full for customers. You will monitor date codes, rotate stock for freshness, and collaborate with account managers to support store needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining shelves, assembling displays, managing backroom inventory, and communicating outcomes via Teams. A high school diploma and at least one year of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of work experience.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Experience with pallet jacks/high loader lifts preferred; certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products on shelves, racks, displays, and coolers; move products between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove displays per company standards; maintain signage; clean space and handle damaged products.
• Organize backroom inventory; monitor levels; report to store account manager; use FIFO methods.
• Process damaged product; re-pack; rotate stock weekly; complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with accounts and team via Teams after servicing; share recap photos and notes.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
