Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts and ensure displays, end caps, racks and shelves are filled for consumer purchases. You will monitor product dates and rotate stock to ensure freshness and quality.

Responsibilities include stocking and replenishing products, creating and maintaining displays, managing backrooms with FIFO, handling damaged product, and communicating with store personnel at shift end.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in grocery/retail/warehouse or related field.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Ability to obtain powered industrial truck certification.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, racks, and displays; transport products from backroom to sales floor.
• Create and maintain displays; ensure signage and product freshness.
• Manage backroom inventory with FIFO and coordinate with store manager.
• Process damaged product and rotate stock weekly.
• Communicate shift-end reports and coordinate with accounts via Teams.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers and customers.
