Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Bench Assembly Cell Operator for a weekend shift on-site. You will build and disassemble gas turbine engine modules, follow precise work instructions, and maintain complete build records.

The role supports continuous improvement and may involve travel or training as needed. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of related experience or a post-secondary certificate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of related experience or a completed degree/certificate in a related field.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Build and disassemble production gas turbine engine modules, subassemblies and accessories.
• Follow work instructions, assembly floor specifications and drawings to ensure compliance.
• Complete build records and required documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as needed.
• Weekend shift: Onsite, Fri-Sun, 5:00am–5:30pm.
