RTX is seeking a Bench Assembly Cell Operator for the weekend shift (On site) in Maine. You will build or disassemble gas turbine engine modules, subassemblies and accessories, following work instructions and documenting build records.

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, continuous improvement participation, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and 1+ years related experience or a post-secondary certificate.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1+ year related experience or completed post-secondary certificate in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and/or disassemble gas turbine engine modules, subassemblies and accessories.
• Follow work instructions and assembly drawings to ensure compliance.
• Complete build records and required documentation accurately.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
