Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in behavioral health, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related field.
• Must meet Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Worker or Behavioral Health Practitioner licensing requirements.
• Ability to establish supportive relationships and de-escalate crises.

Responsibilities

• Establish supportive and motivational relationships with residents.
• Coach residents to utilize coping strategies and de-escalate crises.
• Administer medications to residents.
• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents.
• Support the cleanliness of common areas.
• Ensure residents follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other staff members and interns.
