Job summary

Touchstone Mental Health in Fridley, MN is seeking a Behavioral Health Practitioner to support residents in Intensive Residential Treatment Services. Shifts Fridays–Sundays 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with base pay of $22.00 per hour plus weekend and overnight differentials.

You will establish supportive relationships, coach residents in coping strategies, administer medications, assist with meals, maintain common areas, enforce safety, and collaborate with staff and interns; 1–2 years in behavioral

Qualifications

• Must have 1–2 years of experience, education, or combination in behavioral health, social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or related area.
• Must meet definition of Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Worker or Behavioral Health Practitioner per Department of Human Services licensing requirements.
• Experience in residential treatment settings is a plus.

Pay Rates:

• Base rate of $22.00 an hour plus shift differential of $0.50 for working weekends
• Base rate of $22.00 an hour plus shift differential of $1.00 work working overnights

TMH’s Behavioral Health Practitioners (BHP’s) provide support to clients in our Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) programs.
