Job summary

Thrive Behavioral Network is seeking a Mental Health Practitioner in Nova House, Minnesota, for full-time evening and overnight shifts with every-other-weekend requirements. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered to join our compassionate, team-oriented behavioral health team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science with 2,000 hours of supervised experience.
• Fluency in a non-English language spoken by clients, with 40 hours of mental health training and clinical supervision until 2,000 hours of supervised experience.
• At least 4,000 hours of supervised experience in mental health services.
• Graduate student in a behavioral science program with formal clinical training.
• Master’s or other graduate degree in a behavioral science related field from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Create a nurturing atmosphere that builds clients self-confidence and self-worth.
• Take responsibility as the main contact for assigned clients, including program development, assessment, and documentation.
• Work under the supervision of a mental health professional to deliver and document programming and clinical services.
• Engage actively with clients to foster positive social interaction.
• Assist clients with healthcare needs and personal fund management.
• Maintain open and honest communication with your team promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual support.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and philosophy of Thrive Behavioral Network.
