Butterfly Effects in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed BCBA for a part-time, weekends-only position. You will lead clinical teams, supervise RBTs and BTs, and tailor ABA programs to children with autism within a supportive, family-centered framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
