Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess and plan functional behavior assessments and individualized treatment goals.
• Empower families through caregiver training and involvement.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators and other professionals for holistic patient outcomes.
