Butterfly Effects is seeking dedicated Child Interventionists/Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through ABA-based plans. The role emphasizes daytime, part-time hours (12–20 per week) and opportunities to grow toward RBT/BCBA credentials with our financial support.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and RBT certification, plus a passion for helping children and families. A valid driver’s license and a device for sessions are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification required or in progress.
• Interest in working with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based behavior programs under BCBA supervision.
• Record daily progress and communication with families.
• Assist children to acquire academic and life skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete paperwork.
