Job summary
Lawrenceville Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a Baylor Weekend Nurse (RN or LPN) for the 7 AM–11 PM shift in Virginia. This full-time weekend program offers competitive pay and shift differentials, with RN wage range $36.50–$41.72/hour and LPN range $29.00–$33.16/hour.
Eligible nurses may qualify for loan repayment and stipends under CMS Nurses for Nursing Homes. The role focuses on high-quality resident care within a weekend-focused schedule, providing direct nursing services, medication
Qualifications
- RN or LPN license in Virginia required
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Experience in Long-Term Care, SNF, rehab or post-acute care preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication and organizational skills
- Dependability and commitment to weekend Baylor schedule
- Ability to work 7:00 AM–11:00 PM shift
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care per resident care plans and nursing standards
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and policies
- Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to clinical team
- Collaborate with physicians, residents, families and interdisciplinary team
- Provide leadership and guidance to CNAs as appropriate
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with infection control
