Job summary

William Penn Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse for weekend Baylor shifts (7am-7:30pm) to join our caring team. The RN will address family concerns, help create and adjust care plans, and supervise staff to maintain high care standards.

Qualifications

• State licensure as an RN and current nursing registration.
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Address and respond to family concerns.
• Assist in developing and adjusting patient care plans.
• Supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Ensure unit complies with federal/state standards and policies.
• Collaborate with Director of Nursing and physicians on resident care.
• Complete admission and discharge assessments.
• Audit changes to care plans.
