Job summary

William Penn Nursing and Rehab is seeking a Registered Nurse for weekend Baylor shifts (7am-7:30pm) to join our caring team. The RN will address family concerns, help create and adjust care plans, and supervise staff to maintain high care standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and prevent concerns from family members.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and adjusting patient care plans as needed.
• Supervise and counsel nursing staff to ensure the highest quality care possible.
• Ensure their unit meets federal and state regulatory standards, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and Physicians to plan and maintain resident care.
• Complete admission and discharge assessments.
• Oversee and audit changes made to care plans.
