• Licensed RN in Pennsylvania.
• Home health experience required.
• Weekend Baylor RN role on full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan for each patient.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, treatments and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
• Follow up, execute, and document doctors' orders correctly.
