Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Full Time Baylor weekend opportunity in our Davidson County Visits office in North Carolina. The role provides 1:1 home visits to adult and geriatric clients across Davidson, Randolph, Chatham and Lee counties.

The ideal candidate holds a NC RN license, has at least one year of clinical experience, and can work independently while delivering compassionate, quality care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active North Carolina Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with diploma or transcript.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to compassionate care.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow designated care plans tailored to patient needs.
• Perform home visits to clients in defined geographic territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments per orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly to supervisor.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in the EMR.
• Coordinate case management and communications with care team.
