Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to support adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis in Montgomery County. The weekend schedule runs Friday through Sunday, with home health experience required and PA RN licensure.

You will perform assessments, follow care plans, administer medications, provide wound care, document observations, and coordinate with the Clinical or Client Services Manager.

Qualifications

• PA RN license in good standing.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Graduation from an approved nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and educate patients or family.
• Follow designated care plans and monitor patient condition.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications, wound care, and procedures as directed.
• Document observations and interventions accurately in the EMR.
