BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for home health in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania. The role is weekend Baylor, full-time, with per-visit compensation and ongoing cases in Chester County.

Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license.
- Minimum 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Ability to travel to cases.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs.
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
- Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as directed.
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
- Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
- Perform client assessments as necessary.
- Coordinate case management and services.
- Document observations and interventions in EMR.
