As a Weekend Baylor, you will join a high‑quality home health team, performing assessments, implementing plans, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program and Florida RN license.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Minimum one year experience providing direct patient care; previous home health RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and OASIS as required.
• Develop, initiate, and revise individualized plans of care.
• Deliver skilled nursing services and treatments per the plan of care.
• Counsel and educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care.
