Job summary

AHC Hospitality is seeking a part-time Bistro server for the Grand Rapids area. The role involves serving guests with knowledge of liquor, wine, and beer, supporting servers, and maintaining QA standards in a fast-paced hotel restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Engages guests, answers beverage questions, and provides quality, friendly service.
• Sets up and breaks down the Bistro per daily checklists and knows the menu.
• Follows QA and Health Department standards, including logs and FIFO.
• Supports servers and teammates to keep the Bistro running smoothly.
• Handles phone/room service orders accurately and per QA guidelines.
• Looks for ways to reduce waste and control costs.
• Keeps work areas clean and organized and completes necessary training.
