Experience Senior Living in Naples, FL seeks a bartender to join the team for weekend, part-time shifts. You will provide high-level service in a fine dining atmosphere, set up the bar with garnishes, and serve residents and guests per recipes.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain bar cleanliness. The role requires at least 1 year of bartending experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities during busy

Qualifications

• One (1) year of bartending experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service in a fine dining atmosphere.
• Work with Executive Chef/Executive Director to satisfy residents’ dining needs.
• Set up the bar with garnishes.
• Polish cups and glasses prior to service.
• Serve residents and guests’ beverages per recipes.
• Take and deliver accurate drink orders.
• Charge all drinks accordingly.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and inventory.
