Job summary

Discovery Senior Living is seeking a Bartender at our Naples, FL community to provide warm, attentive beverage service in the bar and lounge areas, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents, families, and guests.

You will handle beverage recommendations, ensure safe handling, support setup and stocking, and maintain a clean work area while supporting a high standard of service in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or hospitality service experience preferred.
• Certification may be required in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional beverage service to residents, families, and guests, consistently exceeding hospitality and service standards.
• Assist residents with beverage selections and respond to questions about menu items.
• Practice safe, sanitary food and beverage handling at all times.
• Report any concerns regarding resident beverage consumption or changes in condition to your supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized work area.
• Prepare bar and lounge areas for service, including setup, stocking, and presentation.
