Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a friendly, attentive bartender to join our team in a part-time weekend role. You will support a fine dining atmosphere, work with the Executive Chef and Executive Director to ensure residents are satisfied with food and beverages, and set up the bar with garnishes and glassware.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending experience required.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere.
• Work with Executive Chef/Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food, beverage, and dining programs.
• Set up the bar with garnishes and polish glassware.
• Take and deliver accurate drink orders and charge correctly.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
