As an Attraction Attendant at Battle Axes you’ll create a fun, safe, and welcoming experience, help guests use attractions, enforce rules, and keep areas clean.

This is a fast-paced, part-time role requiring a friendly, dependable team player who is eager to learn; weekend hours (Saturday and Sunday) and 10–20 hours weekly are expected.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is necessary! Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Explain attractions, rules, and safety procedures to customers.
• Help guests get started and understand how to use the attractions.
• Monitor attractions and enforce safety guidelines.
• Keep attraction areas clean, organized, and ready for the next group.
• Watch for opportunities to help customers before they have to ask.
• Answer questions about Battle Axes and other offerings.
• Help other team members when needed.
• Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and safety procedures.
• Provide upbeat, welcoming customer service.
