Open availability is a must, with weekends, holidays, and second or third shifts common. The role offers growth into store management and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
