GPM Investments, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager for our busy Van Horn, TX store. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, run the register, coach the team, and help hire, train, and lead a high-performing store crew.

Open availability is required to work weekends and holidays, including second or third shifts. This role offers weekly pay, a potential monthly bonus, a 401(k), PTO, insurance, and clear paths for career growth within retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing customer-service team.
• Act as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pump areas.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits, overseeing store finances.
