Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions in Bloomington, IN, is seeking a Supervisor, Aseptic Operations to lead a team manufacturing sterile injectable drug products. This role sits on the Operations Leadership Team and reports to the Manager, Aseptic Operations.

You will ensure cGMP compliance, train staff, manage scheduling, document control, and lead process improvements. A Bachelor's in science/engineering/business is preferred; minimum 2 years manufacturing and 1 year leadership required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or business preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or operations support experience.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand, follow, coach, and lead teams to execute production activities per cGMP.
• Provide guidance and leadership through daily operations.
• Interview, hire, mentor, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Supervise day-to-day production, scheduling, staffing, material management and compliance.
• Review, approve, and manage documentation for batch records; assist in product release.
