You will guide aseptic filling, packaging, and production, aligning customer demand with capabilities while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

With 10+ years in regulated manufacturing and 5+ years leading leaders, you will shape strategy, mentor managers, and coordinate with Quality, Engineering, and Supply

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership experience in regulated manufacturing environments.
• Experience with contract pharma/biotech or similar industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for manufacturing functions and meet business objectives.
• Lead aseptic filling, packaging, and production with emphasis on quality and compliance.
• Develop budgets, long-range plans, and profitability initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Kaizen methodologies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
