Job summary

Simtra BioPharma Solutions is seeking a Supervisor, Aseptic Operations in Bloomington, Indiana. Lead a team responsible for manufacturing sterile injectable products, ensuring cGMP compliance and timely delivery while coordinating with Quality, Technical Services, Engineering, and other support departments.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a science/engineering or business discipline, plus at least 2 years of manufacturing and 1 year of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or business discipline preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or operations support experience.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and enterprise software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Veeva, PowerBI, Trackwise.

Responsibilities

• Understand, follow, coach, and lead teams to execute production activities per cGMP.
• Provide guidance, support, and leadership during daily operations.
• Interview, hire, mentor, and develop staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
